新北市林雨晴 2016.08.28. 酷熱超馬
競賽路線:貢寮火車站→朝陽街→學苑街→德心街→遠望坑街→草嶺古道→啞口涼亭→桃源谷步道(草嶺線)→桃源谷步道(大溪線)→大溪河濱公園→大溪路→宜01縣道→虎豹潭→蘭平千里→中山路→太平路→大同街→貢寮火車站
名為酷熱,就知道這是一條幾乎沒有遮蔽的路線,所以所有的防曬裝備都準備好的上場。75位跑者在貢寮火車站前集合報到相當的熱鬧,拜這幾天颱風外圍環流和東北季風南下的影響,起跑的溫度就比平常還要低個幾度,第一次跑草嶺古道到桃源谷步道,雖然無止盡的階梯吃到飽腳好痠,陰涼的天氣讓我們一路享受著大自然的冷氣和廣闊的山谷大草原美景,要不是有時限真想躺在草原上好好睡個一覺,桃源谷甚至有一段奔馳在大草原上,心想:這才是越野跑的最高享受啊!
下大溪公園的青苔階梯,大多數人都在玩滑滑樂,好像只有我穿Hoka Clifton2 無敵致勝!進到宜一線一路13K的上坡路段在階梯吃到飽之後更顯得折磨人,還好太陽公公今天罷工,天空也從飄飄雨 ... 大雨 ... 到暴雨 ... 也因為這樣逼使自己不能走太多,要努力的跑起來才不至於失溫,這樣的大雨淋了二十幾公里,但我卻是相當的感恩和慶幸!好像入夏以來沒這樣涼爽的跑步過。只是辛苦了我的身體,又磨得到處傷痕累累 ...。
總里程 52 公里 / 爬升 1684M,階梯吃飽飽加上山路上上下下沒完沒了 ... 國賓哥的賽事果真是硬梆梆 >"< 那官方的高度圖有詐欺嫌疑,我的高度圖才是事實。

PS. Hoka鞋子真的好神奇,我沒幫廣告,鞋子都是我自己買的!即使是 Clifton2 這雙公路跑鞋依舊能征服青苔石階,止滑功能實在太強大了 (Y) 而且跑完真的大小腿都沒啥鐵腿痠痛的,屢試不爽啊!
