| 一路上跟一路下的路線
很具有挑戰性
先前有從15k大棟派出所跑
所以已經有心裡準備
折返點前就是慢慢凸
過了折返點可以稍微衝一下
結果上坡不會輸人太多
下坡一直被碾過
還跑到襪子破掉變成肯亞選手
