因為近期人懶散,都沒有跑步,
這場不知道為什麼報名的賽事,原先研究計畫跑 6:30-7:00跑個15K,後面再慢慢跑完,前半照著計畫走,沒想到半程後的仆街,壞了我的計畫,連走路都感到疼痛,本想放棄回家,突然聽到這場7小時耶,又想起朋友常在說的“棄賽會習慣”,於是硬生生的切成步兵模式,後半馬走了4個多小時
