| 2021台北馬拉松驗收一年的練習時間到了,認床很嚴重我在飯店一晚都沒睡好,還好早晨的天氣沒有很冷,起跑時的狀況還可以只是頭有點暈啊😱第1k跑順後以均速440到445之間前進,努力撐到35k之後腳又開始小抽筋了~這時候就是考驗技巧的時候了抽筋我很有經驗,抽左腳我就用右腳使力,相互交換之後居然讓我撐到40公里,決定加速奔回台北田徑場太好了4:20配速還跑的出來~ 現場好多人加油真是感動😂 賽後評分: 便當可以改進~因為不好吃😌 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 129~157 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 157~177 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 177~183 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 183~194 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 194~199 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為199 點此去設定最大心率 |
