1. 雖然慢了10分鐘出發,還是破了PB,可以放鞭炮了.
2. 進步緩慢的優點是"可以一直破PB"
3. 25Km開始降速,肌耐力目前就是到 25k,繼續加油.
4. 跑完後3天下樓梯大腿超有感,恢復能力竟然比2週前慢很多,不過快了幾秒而已阿!?
明年目標依然是破 5小時...呵~
賽前宣言: 第3場全馬, 盡量跑快一點,就可以中午前回家報到了.
5:00起跑,6小時關門, 11:00 結束,12點會場淨空.
半天就可以結束,非常符合我的時間需求. ^_^~
