感謝教練賽前的3顆鹽碇,前幾K看著一群人飛出去,但我的配速方式是由慢而快以降低心率,雖然平日跑量不大,也只能這方式因應
一過折返點後,逆風馬上來襲,前面的柏地、腹腫速度慢慢的降下來,30K後接近南天水站時左腿已有殭硬及抽筋現象(禎哥說我姿勢變了)
可惜的是最後6、7K還是爆掉,從總8掉至總14被智傑、國榮哥追上,最後3K或許是身體糖量不夠,出現暈眩現象
