| 這是一場不錯的賽事,前面狀況其實心肺尚可,但感覺雙腿的情形不是太好,中段遇到亂流而降速,29K後本想開始加速,無奈32K後兩大腿膝蓋僵硬加之兩小腿抽筋不斷,只能儘量維持5分速跑完,也顧不上一路超前的跑友了
好好的平路馬跑成這樣,或許質的訓練方式要再做調整吧!
