賽前宣言: 跑~
賽後評分: 路協賽事,補給一般,但是賽事各項安排都很到位,交管、補給距離、賽後服務都有一定水準。今天狀況比較多,早上肚子悶悶、左腳大拇指摸擦、右腳鞋子補鞋處剝落、忘了貼胸部(洗澡痛不欲生),都影響到跑動,本以為5小時內應該是很不錯的成績,但今天天氣太適合跑步,除了下雨影響襪子濕透腳底摩擦不舒服,整體跑友進步很多吧,只能排2/3之後的序位,體重仍是一個困擾,不能好好的減重嗎?
