前一晚睡眠品質很不好,直接反應在賽事表現也很糟糕~這次提早出門,沒有像前一場河濱賽事那樣匆忙,天氣悶熱,不好跑~接下來6月兩場賽事,就放暑假了,該好好的減肥了~
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 平地賽事,狀況不好,起跑該下雨沒下雨很悶,後半段太陽出來很熱,才五月耶~賽事補給很不錯,水飲料、熱食、西瓜、降溫冰塊都很充足,運補也很充實。原本應該是延伸到社子島頭公園,但因為施工改跑來回兩趟,但里程數似乎不夠...
