今天37K沒有大抽筋,但是39K有感覺到抽筋跡象,40K進隧道後雙腳膝蓋內側肌肉抽筋,無奈只能放慢速度、場邊拉筋抒解,本有機會把下半年成績再推進的,懊惱啊!
賽後評分: 寄物處體貼的設在花博會館內,但偌大的場管有幾十個玻璃門,卻只開了一個出入口,進出的跑者共用一個出入口,還好跑者夠理性沒有推擠,問題是,幾十個玻璃門都可以開啟的為什麼只開一個?若是發生推擠事件,怎麼辦?我雞婆的跟路邊的工作人員反應,回程領寄物才看到開了一大半的門。賽道規劃不錯,繞了后里、卓蘭、神岡、豐原很大一圈,但是交管不夠用心、交管志工人數太少,對跑者保護不夠,大會主持人的發言感覺只是在宣傳長官來賓。補給內容相對單調,但沒有缺水,肯定。送的衣保袋不錯看,但我選經濟型沒送。
