久沒跑肌耐力明顯下降,
大概18K就開始跑不下企了,
就一直當步兵苦撐,
後面又肚子痛想拉肚子,
忍了好久才到消防隊解放,
水站沒提供流動廁所是搞啥鬼呀。
跑到中途又覺得腳踝的筋怪怪的了,
下午回來再去推拿,
仙仔說最好一、二個禮拜不要跑步比較好,哇咧。
