由於缺少長距離練跑,大膽穿上新鞋上場
原以為輕量新鞋的彈性,可以比較省力
忽略新鞋可能咬腳,才起跑3K就痛到嫑嫑
勉強跑了10K,就起了棄賽的念頭
開始演起內心戲自我對話,堅持到底吧
在河濱賽道上,被騎著機車巡邏的裁判關切
要我上機車載回終點,不會吧人家才跑15K
陸續又遇到其他騎機車的裁判及工作人員
紛紛問我還可以嗎? 我答: 再堅持一下
就這樣一路被5輛以上的機車關切,差點打敗
是有那麼痛苦的表情嗎?身旁跑友怎沒被關切
這場三年前PB賽事,如今成績退步了2小時
再次驗證: 跑馬沒有奇蹟,只有累積
重點: 不敢再穿新鞋跑馬惹
