假日SLD熱訓練,刻意晚出發起跑(其實是昨天晚餐放縱日吃了太多東西,肚子一直漲漲的不舒服),測試耐高溫狀況,「可惜」公園偶有微風吹拂,不時太陽躲在雲後,再加上樹蔭幫忙,不太成功的熱耐力測試。跑第四圈時左大腿後肌肉微酸抽痛,但是之前的右大腿反而沒事,後面就是慢慢跑、也不刻意拉高心率,順順的跑,拉完一個半馬,覺得很累。回家後除了冰敷,也用按摩槍按摩左大腿肌肉,有感覺比較抒解~
