傷病的影響,12月跑量不足100,以這跑量,沒有冀望,在抽筋抽停了兩次加上要開大下,時間算是滿意的。
頭段與隊長拍跳,直到完汀九橋後便孤身上路。22km左右食第一包gel,26km左右便又有反應,30km又到厠所辦大事,好在完事後仍可保持速度,直到中環碼頭要轉兩個蛇餅,有點喪失意志下抽筋,停下按下行下跑下到銅鑼灣,完全靠左腳跑,最後到崇光時還來個大抽,停在路中心不斷按,側邊工作人員還叫我"唔好企喺路中心" ,真的無言,好彩最後仍可跑到地墊,盡可能保持跑著過終點。
