全馬黑仔真係當之無愧,本打算輕鬆啲聽住歌去跑,點知十幾K就開始肚痛,之後都係頂唔到要去開大,開完睇都重可330,但到廿幾K又黎,去完重抽埋,爆到唔清唔楚,四圍都想抽,連側腹、背、肩都想抽,真係誇張,最後慢慢咁完成PB。
應該係食gel出事。
