天氣非常涼爽,很好跑~日本櫻花妹每個都很強,想追都追不到😂😂
補給非常簡單水和運動飲料,30k後才有吃吃喝喝的補給,只吃幾樣快快離開
上萬人跑一起跑起來,慢了2分多出發,速度每個人都差不多,不知不覺就被拉速,還好天氣冷沒很喘,32k右大腿開始抽筋,只好放慢速度,40k換左大腿抽筋,看看時間應該可以330內,只好順順跑
