最後一日去盡啲黎個三小時馬速,一開跑無耐睇到個心率就驚,唔睇照跑,最後2:56大脾後肌老抽,勁辛苦,配速失敗,渣馬要減速,但“濕死”應該不是夢吧!!可能係:-)
