每次的快跑都是在校園內,今天趁著狀況好,在田徑場上測試了一下,不過感到順暢的時間只有前十km,後面的5km體力有點不支,不過還是拖回來了,配速和上週的半馬配速一樣,但上次是半馬,這次只有15km,所以還是差了一點。
