| 53馬 高美濕地馬拉松 今天犯太歲 一早起來上洗手間結果”滿桶熱血”心想大事不妙 懷疑今天要不要跑 起跑前稍做暖身慢跑 結果又被圍欄的鐵鏈絆倒 整個僕街 這還不打緊 回來左小腿又抽筋 害我一個不穩又摔了一跤 重複又傷到左手腕及大拇指一次 左手腕及拇指非常疼痛 懷疑應該有傷到骨頭 因為不能碰觸且稍微腫脹 只有先做冰敷 再貼上貼布 簡易固定 過兩天要是沒有恢復 只好去醫院照X光
