假日慢跑LSD,去程於柴山中山文學院後方巧遇K帥,K帥又折返與我一起再跑至管制哨折返,回程一起於中山全家補給後,再一起跑至元亨寺,K帥回頭再跑山路回中山,我就跑回河堤公園補足30K! 今天天空有點雲層,還不錯的跑步天!
