| 古都馬拉松,出發1K後到府前路加油站小解,6K時遇見半馬第一名小黑人(半馬晚15分出發),估計他大約用3分速在跑,8K跑進安平港,裡面景色優美而且可連接到漁光島,18K來到林默娘公園,21K2小時8分驚見全馬小黑人返回,真令人羨慕的跑速,30K過後腳快抽筋,硬是撐到35K四草橋上才爆掉,右腳大腿抽筋,此時4:30配速團從後面超越,其中一位好心的配速員折返送我一條能量條,感謝有這位善心人士,沒多久就有騎機車的醫護人員帶著肌樂幫我噴上緩解抽筋之痛,再次感謝,走走跑跑4K多,能量條發揮效用使抽筋狀況緩解許多,撐起快廢的腳馬不停蹄的跑往終點方向,最後2K多除了停紅燈吃補給有停其餘皆用跑的,跑進會場的100公尺衝刺一下,跑進4:50內,如果沒爆掉的話有機會破4:30,下次全馬前兩周還是要練一下間歇來增強肌耐力! 賽前宣言: 各位跑友加油、順利完賽! 賽後評分: 有機動式醫護是個很好的做法,如果肌樂噴劑可在10K過後的每個醫護站提供會更好! 給 4 星 ![4](skin/blue/images/RaceFinished-PointsScore4.png) 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 114~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~156 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 156~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~171 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 171~176 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為176 點此去設定最大心率 |
