高雄yulin Y拖初全馬,跑的哩哩啦啦!
13k後右膝發酸直到終點。
22k後跑跑走走。
30k起兩腳底板痛到只能用走的回終點。
風雨交加的天氣還能走的回來,給自己按個讚吧!
心得:
1.LSD一定要練練練…………。
2.天冷不要噴肌樂。(太涼感覺快抽筋)
30k的補給超讚,有蝦子、石斑魚塊、熱湯、虱目魚丸……等;真想停在這吃到飽。
跑後的餐點:岡山羊肉米粉湯超讚的!吃完拿空杯還可以再續杯,簡直是吃到飽嘛!
