今天是蠻適合跑桃林步道的天氣,剛起跑時有日曬,心想如果加上溫度上昇,今天會跑得比較辛苦,幸好過一會兒就變成陰天的狀態,也有舒爽的微風。
跑到快三十時想趕快回家休息,所以沒再繞到公園,少跑了兩三公里,不過也達到預期的里程。
