2點30分集合,車程1小時左右,3:30抵達,抓時間瞇眼40分鐘,4:10走入會場,領了環保杯及寄物後,等待5:00準時起跑
尖石鄉公所(海拔310)→20K上坡路陡到宇老觀景台(海拔1500公尺)→下坡下到秀巒10K(海拔800公尺)→再來又是10多K的上坡到泰崗(海拔1500公尺)【40K補給&此點可降組80K】身體狀況尚佳時間也夠,就不降組啦😊 →最後就是100K鎮西堡折返處 (海拔1650公尺)🏞……… 別高興的太早再來是原路回程😫😭崩潰。
難得欣賞鎮西堡沿路滿滿楓葉美不勝收, 可恨不是坐車,而是用自己的肉腳跑來,累到無法欣賞也無法停留拍照,回程一路硬咬時間。
前2週賽事以為可輕鬆走跑,果真小看高海拔山路深具挑戰,沒充足山訓差點GG啊🤣🤣

【限時14小時30分鐘,我們要在6小時30分鐘到7小時之間過折返點,也就是說要在11:30-12:00通過折返點,然後在下午四點前要到宇老,這樣就能安全滾回終點,這是時間策略】
