今天其實目標是450完賽、當作萬金石馬拉松的熱身、不過這今天的路線上坡太多,尤其又有兩個天堂路的上坡,這場已經有盡力跑了!可以破5小時已經很開心了,全程沒有撞牆期,可以持續跑下去,最後2公里還有體力衝回來,整體而言已經比二水馬進步了,最近的特訓跟重訓果然有成效,下一場希望可以到445完賽囉
