最近是最差勁的,十公里就跑得氣喘吁吁。本來想把線上馬拉松改成十公里,無奈日期太近,不能更改。半個月前捐血後狀況一直不佳,都不能隨意而跑,只要五公里就汗流浹背,真不知道自己怎麼了,唉!今天為了跑完半馬,避免半途而廢,只有刻意放慢腳步,還是勉強完成了。
