今日在台中豐原體育場比賽,50公里繞圈賽,真的好難跑,被分配菁英組 ,跑內圈1-3道要125圈,挑戰組外圈4=6道要116圈,真的沒跑過這種繞圈賽,跑的好虐心喔,前21公里1小時50分,後面30公里太陽出來好難跑,速度也變慢了,一直進補站補水及冰塊,後面10公里慢慢推回終點,這場雖然免費,下次要認真考慮要不要跑了,真是好累人,全程補給及賽後禮品真好,協會真的好用心喔,下週阿公店馬拉松加油. 賽後評分: 完賽 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
