原本以為[腓腸肌內側頭]好了,可以跑步了!跟330列車,在13.5K看到「好漢坡」就腿軟了,就被330列車甩開了!繞一圈後再跑下「好漢坡」就快爆了!要追回列車而一路衝,到了20K就爆了!腰痛和臗關節也在痛!就放掉了,慢慢地跑回終點,勉強保4!
