又挑戰失敗~~~哭哭
有了初馬的經驗,這次一開始就用520~530左右配速前進,這次有跑到34K沒抽筋!但,到了35K就開始抽筋了,就開啟「步兵模式」邊走邊跑邊拉筋的往終點前進~~~完賽時間比上次還差且一出官校門口就吐了~~~哭哭!
看來,我的腳力無法跑山路的全馬!
