因運筆有330配速列車,想說跟跟看!一開始就用440左右的配速跑,跟不到7K就下車了!一直維持5分速跑!過了半馬,又肌力不足慢慢降速了!26-30K有上下坡,真的不會跑上下坡,變步兵了!最後3K左右跟那些半馬、健康跑的人擠在一起且被攔下來等紅綠燈,連350都失敗了!還需要多多訓練!
