這次自己跑得普普,恰恰反映目前跑力,半馬後明顯沒力,一開始心裡也沒自信,悲觀的念頭環繞,像是怎麼那麼遠之類,明明已經身經百戰(本場次個人第105場),跑起來居然還是有負面情緒。
賽前宣言: 希望天氣不冷不熱,不要下雨。
賽後評分: 有城市馬的水準,選手們都是有備而來,起跑速度不低,路線前半馬把台北市指標景點(國父紀念館、兩廳院、圓山、101、世貿、北門、監察院、行政院、總統府、花博……)都跑到了,河濱幾個上下橋大迴轉,角度還是太大,總的來說,好多年沒跑台北馬,無論各方面都很完善。這次綿綿細雨,鞋子沒濕,天氣算是很棒了。
