萬年溪景觀橋上下坡訓練,累積了七天的疲憊,雖然昨天休跑一天,但仍從有心無力…無心有力…到無心無力,加上為了少洗一件衣服,把長袖睡衣褲穿出去跑步,散熱不佳也不透氣,汗水積在沉重的衣服上,舉步維艱,下次不能怕麻煩啊…還好有勞工康樂中心外面出出入入的短裙咩可以聊慰這顆無力的心…
