新北市竇蒙飛 熱曝了!跑前就知道不好跑,策略改為慢慢跑約5:00以前回來就好了,所以前10K的平路就放慢到6分速。
開始爬坡不久就索性走起路來了,去年的櫻花馬也只在回程的大上坡走路,而今年...實在太熱了,加上雙腿還沒有復原,就這樣囉!不過我已經自覺很慢了,在26K的折返點後,有有點嚇到,怎麼還有這麼多在在後面啊!我不是已經很後面了嗎?還剩7-8公里時,因為太熱肚子有點不妙,就去上個大號花了約6分鐘,不過也讓自己在後面較好跑些,最後有加點速有在5小時之內回來,不錯哦! 賽前宣言: 有點畏懼山路!加油
