有冷,風大,沒下雨的跑步好天氣。只是鼻水滾滾流🤧。今天有跑快一點,不然好冷。休息拉筋時,看到芷瑄高速通過,還有秉豐騎腳踏車後勤。喊了幾聲加油,來不及拍照就不見人影了。一陣子後他們又跑回來收操,趕快變成粉絲模式要求拍照😍。這次還認識了一個香港來的選手,陳家豪,10K PB 30分台。芷瑄他們很久沒來這段練習,今天遇到實在太幸運了!
