今天還好,只有感覺左右腳小腿及腳踝不適外(我想應該是太久沒跑),已經不痛了,似乎恢復的還不錯。砂石專業道週日無砂石車,以後如果雙腳都還可以,就可以解鎖全馬,一路跑到雲林出海口。(據報載砂石專業道已完工,全長65公里,是新路線,有新鮮感!)
