自主馬就成行了,
身心狀態其實沒有準備要跑42k,
只打算跟著集團跑,能跟多少就跟吧
前段速度大概在4:25~4:30,在心肺跟肌力能承受的範圍內,
28k之後,集團速度明顯加快,
很自然地我掉出集團,
文棟幫忙調整了一圈速度,不知不覺就跑完了42k
這個賽季沒頭沒尾地結束了,
