新鞋LSD
一早起床感覺髖部的痠痛感尚未恢復(前天的肌力訓練)
果然約第7K就產生了小小崩潰感
於是稍微再放慢一點速度
大約到了第14k左右有了第二次的崩潰感
再來是19K左右
最後過了21K後,覺得功課有交待了,身體會有一點鬆懈感,但想到今天要把里程數拉到25K,就夢醒時分把腿提...
今天疲勞感比上週高,不過小腿肌比較沒有明顯痠痛點,或許是跑鞋相較上週Y拖的支撐力較好,雖然鞋重的感覺也很明顯,持續觀察~
