有了上次台南星光馬的經驗,此次前半馬特意加快配速為5:30左右,大致上維持的還OK。孰料到了22KM兩腳自大腿到小腿開始輪流抽筋,剩下的20K可謂自跑馬以來最慘烈的一段經歷,加上中途一場大雨讓部份路段積水弄的鞋襪全濕,感覺非常不舒服,到了30K開始索性用走的,每一公里都變的特別遙遠,前前後後大概走了將近5公里,原本想破430的計畫也泡湯了,到了最後一公里還是用走的,只在距離拱門前300公尺做做樣子跑進終點。結論:大小腿肌耐力訓練不夠,撐不到全馬,因此前面跑的快些後面就爆的快了,重點就是要加強肌耐力。
