原本只設定保4的配速來跑,今天的成績還真是大驚喜,雖然是"場地因素"造就,也是很高興啦!終於突破350,再晉升一關囉!
看了一下記錄: 1~10K 54分, 11~20K 54分 , 21~30K 55分 , 31~40K 56分, 能進步的關鍵還是在30K以後,後半段太陽出來,但因之前有下一場雨,還不至於太熱受不了,速度就1K1K穩下來,這次右小腿有感覺快抽筋,所以到水站會拿香蕉吃,可能有作用吧,一直到跑完都沒發生。總而言之,有拼鬥的意志,讓後半段速度不會掉太多,守住守住,有機會就拼一下,然後就Surprise + 愉快!
之後的辦桌,是這場的特色,我們三人和不認識的跑友一桌,吃吃喝喝後也聊了一些,旁邊30幾歲年輕人今天305上凸台,對面的大哥還參加過2次226超鐵,太可怕了,而且這桌大都來自桃園中壢,真是巧啊!
最後感謝Joel 開車載我們去,他今天也完成了人生初馬,HowLong三人出征,全創造新的PB!更高興的是,又多了一人加入全馬行列囉!
