首先當日得3度左右氣溫。
起跑等咗8分鐘先出到閘。
然後9公里肚瀉等去廁所用咗15分鐘左右。
再嚟從新起步時哮喘發作,最慘無巴士!想上車放棄都唔得,唯有邊行邊抖試回氣。
回氣過後,發現時間無多,不停追時間,因為肌肉唔適應太凍天氣下加速追到開始抽筋。
邊抽邊抖咁跑,連續三個閘口睇住佢想拉繩差啲趕唔到。
