好久沒跑這麼順,跑完10K沒有太累的FU且配速控制6分左右,加上今天氣涼爽,明明感冒狀況應該會不好的,難道是昨晚吃的感冒藥,讓體力大增,跑完8K竟給我漂起毛毛細雨,原本目標的12K,只能早早以11K多結束,整體而言很棒!再加油!
