下坡開外掛
開跑時下雨,心裡竊喜⋯
至少可以排除天熱大量流失體力後抽筋的機率
前段屬於僞平路緩下坡只需要抬腳保持跑姿即可
補給中規中矩,好喝的咖啡喝兩杯,特色是很多的小朋友補給志工非常討喜!
中途遇上涂智偉大哥,很艱辛的完成爬坡上坪頂後⋯檢視自己體力與肌耐力狀況!下坡再次跨腳提高步頻衝了,想著跑完一公里就多賺一公里,即使爆掉抽筋也無怨言⋯⋯⋯⋯
