很棒的賽事,服務人員好熱情,沿路加油聲不斷,補給也很充分,啤酒、沙士、舒跑、水還很貼心的加了冰塊,喝起來透清涼的,很讚!!
這場最後還是爆掉了,本來都還在控制內,依照起跑時的前12K,回程12K應該是一路往下或者平路,所以就稍微催了一下速度,沒想到,回程的路線跟去程不同,35K開始竟然又來一個連續的大上坡,當場傻眼(其實去年好像也是這樣,真是不長記憶),不僅當起步兵,而且大腿也開始抽筋,就這麼一路跑跑停停走走的凸回終點。
這場有開始吃鹽片,感覺有稍微降低抽筋擴展,應該還是練不夠,最近混太兇啦!怨不得人地~~
