退乳酸跑,可是跑出去熱身覺得雙腿不像昨天跑過馬的樣子,還滿有力的,心想一定是昨天沒盡力跑,沒想到跑了4K多右膝後窩就僵硬了,趕緊停下來屈膝伸展一下,再繼續跑才不到2K又來了,愈跑愈沒力,慢慢跑回陽光公園,好多人在看大月亮,做一下伏地挺身,本想過陽光橋再回家,狀況不好直接最近距離回家了。
