台南Tim Fang 大咖沒來小咖出頭了,這場賽前不知道高度如何,只是開賽前才知道不到3佰人,因為沒獎金所以人少,開賽後還是向以往的設定目標,前半馬盡量在五分速,沒想到這上上下下的地形倒還適合我這小步幅跑者,30公里用了2hr31m.最後12公里也是上上下下,速度也掉到530,最後5k兩腳已僵硬,只好跑跑走走,人少常常看不到前面的跑者,真像在作山路訓練獨跑,進到終點,恍彿用盡全身力氣,再也走不動一步一步走去領物資。拿到成績証明竟然總排12名,第一次上台,領獎時,總11還跟我說,大哥,你穿丫拖還能跑這麼快真厲害,我說,沒穿丫拖還跑不了這樣快,哈哈! 賽前宣言: 新路線跑看看 賽後評分: 好恐怖的砂石車,好吵的重機,很優的公益賽事 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
