第一次跑日月潭全馬,已經連續跑了4~5場山路馬了,早上六點半起跑,天氣很涼很舒服~
今天一跑出去,因為是緩下坡,前3k還是有點爆衝,不是說要慢慢跑,趕緊放慢速度,先往水社碼頭,環潭公路風景很美,是個值得一跑的路缐,正欣賞日月潭時,後方被一個外國白人女生輾過,這場沒有奬金的,竟有外籍選手,頒獎時才知道她是英國人,是這場女總一,339完賽,而我是女總二,實力有差~
最痛苦的路線應該是最後10K,從水里往向山遊客中心這一段,緩上坡,天氣又熱又沒樹蔭遮陽,一大群29k的跑友走在賽道上,尤其最後那5k,幾乎沒有人在跑,我緩緩的跑著似乎有點奇怪呢!
日月潭馬的補給站很密集,但飲料只有水和運動飲料,選擇稍嫌不足,但吃的東西不少,有吃到香蕉、橘子、豆乾,山豬肉⋯,茶葉蛋和冰棒聽說也有但我漏掉,真是可惜,賽後補給只有水和熱紅茶,也是該檢討一下喔!
昨天早晚湊了快一馬,感覺今天跑起來也沒受什麼影響,賽後找老爺傍晚來個21K,老爺也說好,等我們睡完午覺再來決定是去吃大餐呢?還是去補21k?
