又是熱爆的一場馬Orz
有鑑於上一場爆熱山路馬的經驗,這一馬在不到20k就直接轉換成跑走模式(上坡走、下坡跑),結果均速沒差上一場太多(還更快)~重點是全程就沒抽筋最後幾k還可以衝一波,真是成功的熱爆山路馬的策略~呵^^
