遠東馬完賽了,成績進步了,破山路馬PB,3小時48分,進到6%,盡力了,也許夏天努力跑,也許今天穿碳板鞋,真的省力不少,加上記取上次下坡用衝導致小抽了一下,這次下坡都在剎車到平路,所以後來就一路跑回終點...
