自從2021年12月台北馬受傷後已經兩年沒報比賽跑馬了,期間只能視身體狀況,斷斷續續自主跑健康維持體能,最多也只有10k慢慢累積,不曾跑過長距離,最長是賽前一週買了一雙新鞋,在操場繞了個半馬安慰一下自己,出發目標是5小時內順利完賽,在兩位同事的陪同下邊跑邊聊,雖然有點喘但堅持不做步兵,總算撐回來了~復出初馬小破初馬PB,開心!
賽後評分: 天氣舒適,適合跑馬的氣侯,補給中規中矩,跑完領寄物要爬樓梯~痛苦啊!
