雨一直下,天氣好冷
跑不熱…抖抖抖
最難忘的是第60k轉換站,差點失溫,發抖的嘴唇、牙齒在打架、身體抖到難控制,只好選擇不等朋友,自己趕快繼續跑,雖然冷風冷雨依然,還是儘量一直跑讓自己不那麼抖,幸好有改善。
第二難忘的是,第70-80k獨跑,極睏啊,身體雖然在動,但是精神很差,幾度倚靠的路旁的護欄閉眼幾秒休息一下,還好在80k接著下坡開始精神就恢復過來了~最後10k很奇怪,跑步沒事可以正常跑,只要一停腳,身體開始失去平衡,工作人員要我坐下來休息,我拒絕,硬著頭皮跑就對了!
一路也吃了三次止痛藥
一開始的右腳踝痛
30k之後的左腳趾痛
80k開始左膝蓋痛
回到終點拍照是硬撐的
都要有人攙扶才能走
真的是身心俱疲⋯
